How many speakers do I need for my event?
It depends on guest numbers, whether you are indoors or outdoors and the kind of programme. A pair of powered tops covers a small indoor function comfortably; larger crowds, outdoor venues and dance music need more boxes and subwoofers. Can I hire just the speakers without a technician?
Yes. Straightforward speaker hire can go out as a dry hire with stands and cabling included and a walkthrough on collection or delivery. For larger systems, or where the programme matters, we recommend adding an on-site technician.
Do you hire out subwoofers separately?
Yes. Subwoofers can be added to any speaker hire. They make the biggest difference for DJ sets, live bands and dance floors where you want the low end felt as well as heard.
