Do you charge extra to bring equipment to Bulawayo?
Bulawayo is around 440km from our Harare base, so quotes include transport and crew travel. We keep this proportionate by loading the full rig in one trip and, where possible, combining it with other jobs on the same route. Ask for a written quote and the travel component will be itemised.
Can you supply AV for a trade fair or exhibition stand?
Yes. We supply screens, sound and playback for individual exhibition stands as well as full production for opening ceremonies and main-stage programmes. Multi-stand bookings are worth discussing early so we bring enough units in one load.
How far in advance should I book for a Bulawayo event?
Earlier than you would for Harare. Because the crew and equipment travel, we need to schedule the vehicle and team around other bookings — two to four weeks is comfortable, and considerably more during trade fair season and the December wedding peak.
Do you cover towns outside Bulawayo in Matabeleland?
Yes. We serve Gwanda, Plumtree, Esigodini, Filabusi and surrounding venues from the same Bulawayo run. Tell us the venue and we will confirm access and travel in the quote.
Can you handle events in Ndebele and English?
